Educational Objectives:

Participant will study and list the Diagnostic Terms and their meaning for the purpose of interpreting in mental health settings with Deaf consumers/patients.  
Participant will examine and discuss the different types of Axis listed in the DSM-V.
Participant will examine and evaluate a case study for analysis for an understanding of how to apply the DSM-V.
Participant will be able to mirror and demonstrate the most accurate ASL sign matching the Diagnostic Terminology of the DMS-V.
